Product Overview
SD-8000S laboratory small spray dryer is designed for production of microparticle powder in universities, research institutes and food and pharmaceutical chemical enterprises. It is suitable for emulsions, suspensions and heat-sensitive substances (biological products, enzyme preparations, etc.) because atomized droplets are heated only instantaneously during drying, preserving active materials.

The SD-8000S series supports optional two-stage separation and collection systems, tower-wall purging, and upgrade to nitrogen circulation for organic solvent drying. Typical included/available parts: built-in air compressor, fan, stainless-steel drying chamber, stainless-steel cyclone separator, 500 mL collection bottle, cold trap, medical-grade feed tubing, imported spray gun with selectable nozzles, clamps and PTFE gaskets.
