Description

Product description
SD-1900 is a pilot-scale spray dryer engineered for laboratory and small-scale production. It combines a compact footprint (<1 m²), low noise and low energy consumption with intuitive operation via one-button start and a color LCD touch screen. The unit operates in Automatic mode for repeatable runs or in Eye‑monitored mode for manual observation, producing micron-range particles with consistent drying performance. Depending on nozzle selection, particle diameter can range from 1 to 100 µm; typical process range 5–100 µm.

Key features
  • Concentric spray head adjustable vertically to optimize atomization position and spray pattern.
  • PID temperature control with ±1 °C precision for stable thermal profiles.
  • Automatic temperature protection: blower continues until internal temperature reaches a safe level, preventing premature shutdown.
  • Integrated nozzle cleaner (deblocking device) with adjustable cleaning frequency to reduce clogging and downtime.
  • Compact footprint and user-friendly interface (one-button start, color LCD touch screen).
