ApplicationThe SD-6000 Series is designed for laboratory use in universities, research institutes and food, pharmaceutical and chemical companies to produce microparticle powders from emulsions and suspensions. It is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials (e.g., biological products, biopesticides, enzyme preparations), since the material is only instantaneously heated during atomization, preserving active ingredients.
Structure & materialsThe atomization, drying and collection system can be constructed of high-borosilicate heat-resistant glass to provide a contamination-free drying environment; stainless-steel chamber variants are available for specific requirements. The unit integrates atomizing, drying and collection in a compact design without need for auxiliary equipment.
