Short descriptionSD-P5 spray dryer is a drying equipment suitable for liquid materials with low boiling point and high viscosity. Improved from domestic and international spray dryer designs, it rapidly dries atomized liquid into finished powder separated by cyclone and discharged by induced draft fan.
Working principleCold air is filtered, heated and introduced from the top air distributor; hot air spirals down the spray tower. Liquid is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower and torn into fine droplets. Droplets and hot air contact in parallel, performing rapid heat exchange: moisture vaporizes and the material dries in seconds. The product is collected via cyclone separation and exhaust is removed by an induced draft fan.
