SD-3000F-II laboratory pilot spray freeze dryer is designed for low-temperature dehydration of heat-sensitive, viscous, active and high-sugar materials such as herbal extracts, dairy products, biological agents, enzymes, fruit juice and polymer materials. It combines spray-drying and freeze-drying processes to provide rapid drying while preserving biological and chemical properties of materials.

Features
  • Combination of spray dryer and vacuum freeze dryer for faster drying speed than traditional vacuum freeze dryers; dried powders retain original properties and reconstitute to near-original state when re-dissolved.
  • Air-cooled condenser with closed compressor: rapid cooling performance, low freezing temperature and strong moisture absorption capacity.
  • Digital display of temperature and vacuum; 7-inch color LCD touch screen displays drying chamber temperature, pump speed, fan frequency, de-blocker frequency and chamber pressure.
  • During dehydration, the equipment heats and sublimates natural air to ensure sample safety.
  • Built-in vacuum pump for integrated operation.
  • Vacuum connections use international standard clamps for convenience and reliability.
