DESCRIPTION •The ARMOR ABS moulders with fixed worktable are, in terms of process and dough respect, as reliable as those designed by Merand in 1954, at the beginning of baguettes' mechanical moulding in France. •Perfect for tradition and pointed end baguettes moulding since they don't cause dough warm-up. •Thanks to its 5 pre-lamination rolls, the Armor I moulder can produce 2000 dough pieces/hour for approximately 16 hours/day. •Its dough pieces calibration during the first moulding and a long elongation belt allows great elongation. •The RollsCoup' system can be added (optional) for ponctual small breads production.
