The turbo-emulsifier Mixer DS 4 Heavy Duty can emulsify, homogenize and mix up to 10 liters of substance. It is particularly suited for gels, liquids and creams that need a prolonged working, something for which the Turbo-emulsifier Mixer DS 3 is not suited. The motor is capable of developing up to 7500 nominal revolutions per minute. The rpm value is shown on a front panel display. All immersed parts are made of stainless steel or FDA approved materials. The DS 4 HD turbo-emulsifier is equipped with a set of 4 steel heads for emulsifying, disintegrating, mixing and homogenizing. The height of the turbo-emulsifier’s head can be adjusted electrically by means of specific front panel switches. The mixing shaft is connected to the motor by means of a quickly demountable joint, which allows for an easy cleaning of the equipment.
