Description
Compliant with IEC 60335-2-69 ACD, this model is intended for non-ATEX areas where handling large volumes of flammable dusts is required without specific explosive certification. It features a maintenance-free side-channel blower motor suitable for continuous 24/7 operation. Rated power is 7.5 kW, providing high maximum vacuum and a large airflow to ensure stable collection of substantial residue volumes. The safety system includes a vacuum-limiting valve to protect the motor from overloads.

Filtration and pulse-cleaning
The filtration unit comprises 4 antistatic M-class cartridges (total filtration area: 106,000 cm²) combined with an absolute HEPA H14 filter (52,000 cm²) capable of retaining 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 μm. Integrated automatic cleaning is performed by pneumatic shock pulses (compressed air), ensuring regular cartridge cleaning and extending filter life. A vacuum gauge with indicator light alerts of clogging for rapid preventive maintenance.

Separation and container
Tangential inlet combined with an integrated cyclone provides primary dust separation, reducing particle contact with the cartridges and minimizing soiling. The 160 L container is mounted on wheels and detachable for quick emptying; a sealed-bagging option is available for secure waste transfer.
