Designation and dedusting system
Model equipped with automatic cleaning by pneumatic cylinder driven by an onboard compressor (PN version) allowing regular cleaning of cartridge filters without production stoppage. This system ensures continuous suction, extends filter life and reduces maintenance needs compared with the non-PN version that requires manual interventions.

Performance
Motor power 20 kW with maximum vacuum values indicated in documentation: peak 5,000 mmH₂O and 4,400 mmH₂O continuous. Airflow up to 1,100 m³/h, suitable for centralised networks, workshop cleaning and direct capture on machines.

Filtration
Two-level filtration: four antistatic M-class cartridges (total cartridge surface 260,000 cm²) combined with a HEPA H14 filter (surface 103,500 cm²) capable of retaining particles down to 0.18 µm. Tangential inlet with integrated cyclone for mechanical pre-separation and reduced wear on filter media. Integrated luminous vacuum gauge for real-time clogging monitoring.

Tank, mobility and construction
220 L detachable tank on castors. Epoxy-painted steel frame, reinforced industrial wheels, ergonomic handle and forklift pockets for easy handling and logistic integration on site.

Applications
Designed for collection of combustible dusts in non-ATEX areas, and for other fine, abrasive or sticky dusts encountered on networks and production stations.
