Description
The DM3EL ACD is a single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner designed for workshops, construction sites and industrial environments. It is intended for the extraction of combustible dusts (e.g. wood, flour) outside ATEX-certified zones while ensuring operator safety.

Main functions

• Compliant with ACD regulation (Applied for Combustible Dust).
• Three single-phase bypass motors with modulated power (total power 3.3 kW).
• Maximum vacuum up to 2 500 mmH₂O and air flow up to 540 m³/h.
• Removable 60 L recovery tank in AISI 304 stainless steel, mounted on casters for easy emptying.
• Integrated manual filter-cleaning system via a handle to detach accumulated dust from the filter.

Filtration system
The filtration system includes an antistatic pocket primary filter of category M (ANT-M) capable of retaining dust and fine particles down to 1 µm, complemented by an absolute HEPA H14 filter (filtration up to 99.995% of particles down to 0.018 µm) ensuring clean air exhaust and enhanced operator protection.

Application and use
Designed for the extraction of combustible dusts in non-ATEX certified areas. Intended for industrial environments (workshops, construction sites, bakeries/pastry shops, carpentry, etc.) that require secure handling of combustible dust.
