Description

Overview
DGVL125 PN ACD is a three-phase industrial vacuum designed for environments with high volumes of combustible dust, providing continuous suction and enhanced safety. It is part of the ACD range, compliant with IEC 60335-2-69, intended for non-ATEX zones exposed to potentially explosive dusts.

Motorization and performance
Side-channel blower (turbine) motor 12.5 kW (IP65) engineered for continuous 24/7 operation. Maximum suction 4,000 mmH₂O and maximum airflow 1,100 m³/h, suitable for intensive production lines, direct capture or central extraction systems.

Tank and emptying
160 L tank mounted on reinforced wheels and detachable for quick emptying. Option for direct bagging to secure waste handling.

Suction system and protection
Tangential air inlet with integrated cyclone (cyclonic filling) to keep dust away from the filters and preserve their efficiency. Design compliant with ACD regulations for combustible dusts.

Filtration
The filtration system is a high-performance two-stage arrangement:
  • 4 antistatic cartridge filters — total surface: 106,000 cm² (captures standard particles without electrostatic loading)
  • HEPA H14 absolute filter — surface: 103,500 cm², efficiency 99.995% down to 0.18 μm
An integrated automatic compressed-air cleaning (pulse-jet) system is fitted as standard for regular autonomous filter cleaning. A vacuum gauge with indicator light monitors filter condition and prevents performance loss.

Integration and ergonomics
Designed for industrial integration: forklift pockets, epoxy-painted steel frame, industrial wheels and ergonomic push handle. Built for silos, processing plants, production workshops or dense dusty sites.
