The semi-automatic peeling machine PL1D/PL2D/PL4D is designed for peeling melons, pineapples, and butternut squash.
It is available in three models: single-station, two-station, and four-station peeling machines. The peeler is a manually fed machine that performs external peeling: in this way, all fruits, even if irregular or uncalibrated, can be easily peeled with maximum efficiency.
The fruit is placed in the dedicated holder by the operator. It is cored and peeled at an adjustable speed.
The machine is equipped with an electrical control panel fitted with two inverters: one for adjusting the fruit rotation speed and one for the blade speed.
The PL2D/4D peeler is equipped with:
• conveyor belt for peeled product
• conveyor belt for waste
• inspection and staging tables
• waste chutes
