The machine can de-stem and cut oranges into wedges.
All parts in contact with the fruit are suitable for hygienic and food use.
The machine has a stainless-steel frame.
The frame is made of welded tubular sections and is on wheels (with brake) for easy movement.
It consists of a rotating plate with 12 fruit stations. Above the plate, on the side opposite the loading side, are the mechanisms for the two work operations.
The first mechanism is a structure that moves up and down by a pneumatic piston and allows the rotation of the de-stemming tube via a three-phase electric motor. The de-stemming tubes are interchangeable.
The second mechanism also moves up and down by a pneumatic piston and is equipped with pushers that push the fruits through the dies, enabling the cut into wedges.
The plate indexes step-by-step and runs at a speed chosen by the customer. When the plate stops, the three work operations occur simultaneously: the operator loads the fruit and the two mechanisms perform de-stemming and cutting.
The machine is fitted with a stainless-steel electrical cabinet with PLC and inverter for synchronization of operations.
Included accessories:
- No. 02 chutes for product and waste, made of stainless steel.
