The DTF treatment tank is used to prevent fruit oxidation and is ideal for processing apples, pears, pineapples, melons, oranges, and other types of whole and cut fruit. Thanks to the optional conductivity control unit and dosing system, the tank becomes an excellent ally for fruit processing operations that require shelf-life extension. The fruit is immersed in a substance that preserves its fragrance and color, avoiding the risk of oxidation. The system is designed to minimize the amount of water in the tank and therefore the percentage of additive, while still ensuring the proper immersion time for the fruit. The tank and conveyor belts are designed to allow cleaning and maintenance in very short times, minimizing labor costs.
