The DF12/DF24 destemming machine is designed for destemming and for cutting strawberries and radishes into halves or quarters.
It is designed to reduce manual labor while ensuring gentle handling, avoiding mechanical damage to the fruit.
The standard model is equipped with a merry-go-round infeed conveyor, allowing operators to always have product available for loading.
The product is manually placed into dedicated fruit holders that move continuously, carrying the product to the processing stations.
Processing takes place in three stages: product alignment; destemming and fruit discharge (which can coincide with the cutting phase, if required by the customer).
The machine processes dry product, without water consumption, with minimal waste (approximately 10%).
The DF12 machine is equipped with:
