Description

This semi-automatic peeling machine is designed for peeling mangoes and kiwis. The peeler is a manually fed machine equipped with a pneumatic mechanism that enables external peeling. In this way, all fruits, even if not size-calibrated, can be easily peeled with maximum efficiency.
The machine is equipped with an electrical control panel fitted with three inverters to manage adjustments of fruit speed, blade speed and production rate. The machine features a structure entirely made of stainless steel.
All machine components are easily interchangeable, and all parts in contact with the fruit are made of food-grade materials.
The machine is equipped with:
• conveyor belt for peeled product. Dimensions: 2200 x 220 mm
