Product Description
Gummy counting and filling line is an automated production line designed to accurately count, fill and seal bottles with gummies for industrial packaging.

Working principle / Process steps

• Bottle unscrambler: arranges loose bottles into a uniform orientation for downstream operations.
• Counting: candies are fed from the feeder into the counting hopper; electronic counters, photoelectric sensors or vision systems count items and dispense them into bottles.
• Desiccant and Capping: a desiccant is placed into the bottle and caps are applied by pressing or screwing.
• Sealing and Labeling: filled bottles move to a sealing unit (foil/aluminum sealing) and then to a labeling machine.
• Inspection and Packaging: finished bottles undergo quality inspection for correct count, sealing and label placement, then are sent to packaging equipment.

How it is used
The counting machine gummy line handles capsules, tablets and gummies into bottles. It is suitable for research institutes, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, health product producers and packaging lines. The line can integrate with cartoning and labeling machines.
