Description

Product Description High-speed capping machine for automated placement and tightening of caps on containers in continuous production. The unit includes a cap chute that feeds sorted caps to the capping head, and a positioning system (star wheel or timing screw) to align containers under the capping head for consistent application.

How the Capper Works The machine integrates with upstream and downstream equipment (bottle unscramblers, counting units, desiccant inserters, sealing devices) to form a complete bottling line. A PLC synchronizes container and cap movement, manages torque settings and monitors operation. Built for high throughput with quick changeovers for different container and cap sizes.
