Overview
High-speed bottle unscrambler HSU-150 automates the sorting and orientation of bulk round plastic bottles ahead of filling, capping and labeling equipment. Bottles are loaded into a hopper, singulated on distribution tracks and aligned using guide slots, push rods, gravity and air jets before transfer to the downstream conveyor.

How it works
The process begins with bulk feeding into the hopper, followed by controlled conveying to distribution tracks. Mechanical and pneumatic devices correct bottle orientation (neck-up or other required position). Singulated bottles are conveyed steadily to the production-line conveyor for filling, capping and packaging.
