Fully-automatic bottling line RD-DSL series

Overview The RD-DSL count bottling line is designed for accurate automated counting and filling of tablets, capsules and gummies into bottles for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production. The modular line integrates feeding, counting, filling, desiccant insertion, capping, sealing and labeling with PLC control for synchronized operation.

Main process

• Bottle unscrambler: organizes and feeds empty bottles to the filling station.
• Counting filling (counting machine): controlled nozzles dispense the counted tablets, capsules or gummies into each bottle.
• Desiccant inserter: inserts desiccant sachets as required.
• Capping machine: places and tightens caps (screw-on, press-on or snap-on types).
• Sealer (induction sealer optional): applies tamper-evident seals when required.
• Labeling machine: applies labels with product information, batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Quality control: camera/sensor inspection verifies fill level, cap presence and label accuracy; defective bottles are rejected automatically.
• Packing station: sealed and labeled bottles are collected and packed into cartons or boxes (manual or automated).
• Control system: PLC synchronizes line components, monitors production data and supports recipe management.
