Overview
The 7 Series DPO delivers high signal fidelity, high ENOB, low noise, low jitter, fast measurement throughput, and the TekScope® user interface, making it ideal for high-speed serial, high-energy physics, and RF applications. Bandwidths range from 8–25 GHz and the series is compatible with TekConnect™ probes.

Low Noise, High ENOB
Superior measurement accuracy and sensitivity are enabled by the Tek85 low-noise preamp, Tek79 10-bit ADC and advanced DSP algorithms for accurate capture of low-amplitude signals.
  • Noise examples: 523 µV at 8 GHz (0.10% FS) to 1.13 mV at 25 GHz (0.23% FS), 500 mV full scale
  • ENOB: ~7.5 bits at 8 GHz to ~6.5 bits at 25 GHz (125 GS/s, 500 mV FS, signal 90% FS)
  • QuietChannel™ Technology uses active CTLE to compensate channel loss and reduce signal-path noise
  • Automatic Signal Path Compensation (SPC) adjusts internal gain, offset and frequency response for optimal accuracy

Minimize Test Times with 10x Throughput
Built-in 10 Gbps SFP+ port and TekHSI™ enable much faster transfer of large waveform datasets to a PC for parallel acquisition and analysis. TekHSI uses a gRPC low-latency framework with C# and Python libraries and TekScope PC software.

User Interface and Operation
15.6-inch 1080p display with a touch-optimized TekScope UI providing quick navigation, multi-touch gestures, and one-button Jitter Measurement Summary. Supports embedded or Windows OS on a removable SSD.
