Low Noise, High ENOBSuperior measurement accuracy and sensitivity are enabled by the Tek85 low-noise preamp, Tek79 10-bit ADC and advanced DSP algorithms for accurate capture of low-amplitude signals.

Minimize Test Times with 10x ThroughputBuilt-in 10 Gbps SFP+ port and TekHSI™ enable much faster transfer of large waveform datasets to a PC for parallel acquisition and analysis. TekHSI uses a gRPC low-latency framework with C# and Python libraries and TekScope PC software.
