Description

Overview
Suitable for small- and medium-scale motion control in advanced manufacturing and complex process industries. Blade-type structural design with a slim chassis; complies with PLCopen programming specifications; supports six IEC 61131 programming languages; local expansion up to 32 XF modules.

Blade style structural design
Among 64-axis isotropic products in the industry, the unit volume is smaller. Compared with XDH-60A64-E, the body size is reduced by approximately 70%, significantly reducing installation footprint.

Scalability
  • Local support for connecting up to 32 XF expansion modules.
  • New high-speed backplane bus enables expansion with high-speed counting, pulse output, flying beat, communication and other functional modules.

Easy to debug and maintain
  • Entire XSF product line, including main and expansion units, supports firmware self-update; new features can be enabled via firmware update.
  • Equipped with a Type-C port for connection to an upper computer; online debugging via a mobile data cable is supported.
  • Support for importing and exporting equipment data and project files via USB flash drives and TF cards (under development).
  • Standard system slide switch providing immediate PLC stop without power interruption.

Flexible and open programming
  • XSF supports the CODESYS platform and is compatible with XINJE XS Studio; complies with IEC 61131 and PLCopen programming specifications.
  • XS Studio integrates PLC programming, visual HMI, safety PLC, controller real-time core, fieldbus and motion control functions, providing a unified environment for configuration, programming, debugging and monitoring.

Networking and communication
  • XSF main control unit is equipped with 3 × RJ45 ports, 1 × CAN port and 1 × RS485 port.

  • The second RJ45 port can switch between ENET and ECAT modes for on-demand networking.
  • Support for dual IP settings to enable internal/external network isolation.

Motor and motion control
  • Up to 64-axis EtherCAT bus control with short synchronization cycles.
  • Supports multi-line, arc and spiral interpolation functions suitable for multi-axis interpolation platforms.
