The helical gearbox from the CMG series is available in 4 different sizes and has the following characteristics:
- Body and the PAM flange are made from aluminium
- The feet and output flange from iron
- The gears are always rectified for stages 1 and 2
- Permanent lubricant
The intensely thought out engineering behind the project allows us to make up the gears quickly by combining specific kits: this reduces the number of components and codes to manage and speeds up assembling and delivery time, which makes management easier and reduces warehouse costs.
The CMG is unique in its type as it is characterised by a higher grade of modularity which makes it ideal for many applications. Starting from the standard base it is possible to configurate the gear according to the applications requirements.

Length "L" of the gearmotor as a funtion of reduction and outlet number of revolution with the standard motor 763 60 output W 3400 Rpm loadness, 24 Vdc. Outlet shaft is supported by two coupled screened bearings.
The motor has an electrical suppressor system for the CE standard.
The motor and the reduction gear are both plated for corrosion strength.

The S1 load test was made using a 1,9 A corrent in the air with an increase of temperature of 70° C.
The S2 load test was made using a 3.6 A corrent in the air with a timing 5` ON 5` OFF with an increase of temperature
of 80° C max. The starting corrent is 14 A and cannot be mantained for more than 2".
Max forces which may act on the outlet shaft: Axial 30 kg, Radial 40 kg on the extremity of outlet shaft.
It is possible to apply an encoder.

GEAR UNIT: First stage with die-cast aluminium case, second stage in steel. Case-hardened and hardened gear pairs with shafts rotating on roller bearings. Lubrication with long-lasting oil. Sealing rings made in special rubber for high temperatures. 15 gear ratios (i) available, from 37 to 2209.5. Rated torque 23.5 Nm.

Mechanical speed variator MKF manufactured by SITI can be combined with series MOT right-angle reduction units, thereby obtaining right-angle axis transmission at an output speed that varies from 1 to 105 rpm with 9900 Nm maximum torque.

22 mm planetary gear motor - The gear motors are available in 2-, 3- and 4-stage versions, and gear ratios range from 19:1 up to 809:1. Currently nine different gear ratios in 12V and 24V versions are in stock, ready to ship. With these versions, torque values of 150 to 800 mNm can be achieved. The gears are made entirely of plastic and run very smoothly.
