Overview The COLBAKE divider is a high-precision industrial machine engineered to volumetrically divide and preround dough pieces. The piston-based system absorbs, compresses and expels the dough to deliver consistent weight accuracy while preserving dough structure and surface quality.

Operation The operator selects a product recipe on the 7-inch touch screen; the machine automatically configures dividing parameters and motorized weight references. Division and prerounding are carried out volumetrically by the piston system, minimizing mechanical stress on the dough.
