Description NEMA 4 (IP66) thermostat control systems operate Cabinet Cooler® units only when internal temperatures approach set limits, providing efficient enclosure cooling and purge. Systems use a vortex tube to convert compressed air into cold air with no moving parts, include a 5-micron automatic drain water/dirt filter separator and a cold air distribution kit to direct airflow to general circulation or specific hot spots. Units are UL Listed and CE compliant.

How it works Compressed air enters the vortex-tube-powered Cabinet Cooler® and is separated into hot and cold streams. The hot air is muffled and exhausted to atmosphere; the cold air is directed into the cabinet via the cold air distribution kit. Displaced hot air exhausts through a cabinet air exhaust, providing cooling and purge without introducing outside air into the panel.
