Overview
The FX-LT4800 magnetic traverse is a permanent lifting magnet truss designed for rapid and safe handling of ferrous loads in storage, transport and machine loading/unloading operations.

Applications
Suitable for rolling mills, laser, oxyfuel and plasma cutting operations, and any industrial process requiring efficient handling of heavy ferrous plates and blanks.

Design and Operation
The assembly comprises two FX-V magnetic lifters mounted on a robust beam with chains and adjustable spacing. Adjustable spacing and a strong support beam permit safe handling of parts with off-axis centres of gravity. The magnetic units are removable from the beam in a few simple steps, enabling single-magnet lifting for blanks and small plates when required.

Manufactured in Germany. Complies with CE/EN 13155 and MRL 2006/42 EWG standards, meeting applicable machinery and safety requirements.
