FX-C450 magnetic lifter features a round, multi-pole anchorage surface engineered for handling rings, bushings, bearing housings, flange plates and similar circular parts. The multipole design helps distribute magnetic force optimally when full contact is achieved.
Lifting capacity
Maximum rated capacity: 450 kg. The rated capacity applies only when the magnet has full contact across the anchorage surface. For workpieces with reduced contact area, calculate an alternative maximum load of 3.5 kg per cm² of contact area.
Operation
The FX-C450 is operated by a single lever for quick engagement and release. Verify full surface contact and correct part orientation before lifting; follow local safety procedures and applicable standards.
