Product overview
This automatic checkweigher performs online weight detection, upper/lower-limit judgment, weight grading and automatic sorting for products on automated production lines and logistics conveyors. It is suitable for inline inspection in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food, toys, hardware and daily chemicals.

Working principle
Products are fed from the upstream conveyor through a guide belt and spaced evenly before entering the weighing belt. A front photoelectric sensor triggers the weighing sequence. The weight sensor measures the product as it passes the weighing section and the system displays the value in real time. The controller compares the measured value with preset reference and limit values to classify products and activate the rejection mechanism for non-conforming items.
