Product descriptionThe 8031-HD resistance-to-break tester is designed to determine toughness and resistance-to-break of syringe needles, prefilled syringe needles and infusion needle tubes. It is suitable for medical device manufacturers, quality control departments, third-party testing laboratories, universities and research institutes.
Design and fixtureThe machine uses a rigid clamping fixture that firmly holds the needle tube without rubber pads. Rigid clamping prevents tube compression, ensures the actual swing angle meets standard requirements and reduces test deviation compared with soft (rubber-pad) clamps.
