The SWT-C400 / SWT-C450 pipe band saws are industrial multi-angle machines for precise angled cutting of thermoplastic pipes, designed for workshop fitting fabrication and the production of pipe fittings. They use electric-cylinder actuation to ensure consistent, hygienic operation and are suited for production environments requiring repeatable, multi-angle cuts.

• No hydraulic oil: electric-cylinder actuation eliminates hydraulic oil leakage risks and the need for hydraulic oil maintenance, reducing upkeep and improving workplace cleanliness.
• Electric cylinder: enables rapid, smooth saw carriage movement with improved travel velocity, synchronous accuracy and lower noise compared to hydraulic systems.
• Multi-angle cutting without repositioning the pipe: the saw housing rotates to change cutting angle, speeding fabrication of WYE-type fittings and complex angle cuts.
• Broad material compatibility: designed to cut HDPE, PP, PVDF, PPR and PVC pipe materials.
