The Huazheng HZSD-29 Colorimeter is designed for determining the color of lubricating oils and other petroleum products in accordance with ASTM D1500 standards. The device uses a colorimetric tube to compare the sample with a standard color sheet, providing accurate chromaticity and color number readings. Main Technical Indicators: - Power Supply: 240V, 100W, with a milk-shell bulb at 2750±50K. - Colorimetric Tube: Flat-bottom glass tube, inner diameter Φ32.5~Φ33.4mm, height 120~130mm. - Standard Color Disk: 26 holes, 25 with glass sheets (color numbers 1-25), 1 blank. Instrument Composition: - Includes a standard light disk, optical lenses, light source, and colorimetric tube. - The light is filtered through milky and sunlight-filtering glass sheets, simulating northern light. - Two parallel light beams illuminate the standard color disk and sample simultaneously. Usage Method: Preparation: - Clean the colorimetric tube with lens paper. - Fill with distilled water (depth >50mm) as a reference liquid. - Fill another tube with the sample (depth >50mm) for testing. - For cloudy samples, heat until clear before testing. - Dilute dark samples with kerosene (15:85 ratio) if needed. Experimental Procedure: - Turn on the device and adjust the standard color disk. - Observe through the lens to compare sample and standard colors. - Record chromaticity or color range if between standards. - Note diluted samples as 'diluted liquid'.
