Huazheng HZBS-56S Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is a high-performance laboratory instrument designed and manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM D56 standards. It is specifically used for determining the flash point of petroleum products and other liquids with low viscosity. Flash point is a critical safety parameter for evaluating flammability, transportation classification, and the presence of volatile or flammable impurities. This instrument is suitable for testing liquids with a viscosity below 5.5 mm²/s at 40 ℃ or below 9.5 mm²/s at 25 ℃, and a flash point lower than 93 ℃, using the Tag closed-cup method.
The instrument features an integrated structure with a built-in compressor cooling system, eliminating the need for external cooling equipment. The bath temperature can be controlled down to -40 ℃, enabling true low-temperature flash point testing. Heating and cooling are precisely managed by a microcomputer PID controller, while a circulating pump ensures uniform temperature distribution for improved accuracy. Intelligent expert software automatically selects the appropriate heating rate and controls compressor operation based on ambient conditions. Additional features include automatic post-test cooling, real-time atmospheric pressure correction, self-diagnostic alarms, temperature curve display, mini thermal printer, and highly maintainable sensor design with aviation plugs for easy verification. With optional gas or electronic ignition and high-stability sensors, the HZBS-56S delivers reliable, safe, and efficient flash point testing for modern laboratories.
