Overview
  • The Huazheng HZLY series vacuum oil dehydration and purification plant is a transformer oil purifier designed to remove free and dissolved water, dissolved gases and solid contaminants to restore dielectric strength and extend oil service life.
Main functions
  • Removal of free and dissolved water, gases and mechanical/solid impurities from insulating oils.
  • Degassing and de-foaming to stabilize oil dielectric properties.
  • Fine particle filtration to protect transformer windings and components.
  • Applicable to 500 kV super-voltage equipment, 220 kV transformers, capacitor oil and other industrial dielectric oils.
Technical features
  • Huazheng horizontal double vacuum separation increases evaporation area for efficient dehydration and degassing.
  • Coalescing oil-spray separator for effective gas removal.
  • Fine filtration with American filter elements, fineness 5 μm (filtration index reported β ≥ 1000).
  • Thermal-radiation heating with constant temperature control for stable processing.
  • Low-noise, long-life oil transport system and float valve plus photoelectric oil level control to reduce manual supervision.
  • French de-foaming technique to prevent oil leakage during processing.
  • PLC-based digital automatic control and imported main electrical components for reliable operation.
