Overview
HZCS-N3 transformer oil acid tester is a fully automatic measuring instrument which adopts the extraction method to accurately detect the insulating oil acid value. This instrument improves working efficiency and test accuracy while reducing operator contact with samples and reagents, enhancing safety.

Operation summary
The instrument automatically searches samples, injects the extraction, performs blank titration, runs the experiment, performs cleaning, displays and prints results. The operator only needs to put sample cups in the sample cup holes and inject the extraction into the cup. Once started, 1 to 3 samples can be measured, enabling convenient and efficient testing.

Notes
The instrument must be adequately grounded. The calibration procedure and prepared standard acid allow users to calibrate the instrument and neutralizing liquid as needed; the instrument also automatically deducts background extract values during tests to improve accuracy and reliability.
