Product description
LSL push-fit inserts are designed to seal round tubes and holes with a rounded-head, thin-profile solution. They provide reliable retention for applications that do not demand high mechanical loads and allow easy assembly thanks to their fin geometry.
They are not recommended as a substitute for dedicated gliders on chairs or furniture where high wear or sliding performance is required.

Installation and options
For sliding applications or assembly into tubes with greater wall thickness, chamfer the tube inner diameter approx. 0.3–0.5 x 60° to ease insertion. Special colours, company logo printing and production in TPE (non-slip, noise-reducing, higher temperature resistance) are available on request.
