Furniture thread insert VER

Description
Threaded inserts VER for square tubes provide an integrated metric thread produced during injection moulding, enabling direct mounting of wheels or leveling feet into square furniture legs.

Applications

• Attachment point for castors and leveling feet on furniture
• End closure and mechanical interface for square tube legs
• Retrofitting or factory installation for tables, chairs and shelving supports

Material and design

• Material: PA6 (Polyamide 6), colour: black
• Design: retention wings (ribs) for secure anchoring inside square tubes
• Metric thread formed in-mould: available sizes M8, M10, M12
• Compatible external tube sizes: from 20 x 20 mm up to 50 x 50 mm
• Supported tube thickness range: typically 1.50–2.00 mm (selected variants for 2.50–3.00 mm)
