Product overview
LE square tube end caps (inserts) are designed to seal and finish square-section tubes and to provide a secure fit with easy assembly thanks to their rounded head geometry. They are suitable as end caps for chairs, furniture and for applications requiring mechanical resistance. They can also be used as sliding stoppers.

Installation & recommendations
For easier insertion in tubes with thicker walls, chamfer the tube inner edge (recommended approx. 0.3 - 0.5 x 60°). Verify the selected reference against tube section and wall thickness before assembly. Note: a residual gate from production may exceed the nominal L dimension on some references.

Materials & options
Standard versions are supplied in engineering plastic. On request: special colours, company logos and production in TPE (non-slip, sound-reducing, wider temperature resistance). Surface finish may be polished (bright) or textured (matte) depending on the reference.

Numerous references are available, covering square tube sections from 10 x 10 mm up to 200 x 200 mm.
