Product description
  • Refrigeration and heating temperature control system designed for reactors and high-heat-release processes.
  • Applicable to SUS reactors and double-wall reactors where temperature differentials exceed 150°C.
  • Enables rapid cooling from high-temperature reactions and fast heat-up/cool-down cycles for polymerization and advanced-flow processes.


Typical application of refrigeration heating temperature control system
  • Dynamic thermostatic control of high-pressure reaction kettles and double-layer glass/reactors (cold and heat sources).
  • Microchannel reactor temperature control, small-scale temperature control systems, steam-feed temperature control, and low-temperature material aging tests.
  • Combined chemical cold/heat source control; cooling/heating for semiconductor equipment; temperature control for vacuum chambers.

Design notes
The system uses a fully closed-pipe layout and high-efficiency plate heat exchangers to minimize required heat-transfer fluid and maximize heat utilization for fast temperature changes. An expansion vessel isolates the circulating medium near ambient to reduce oxidation and moisture absorption, lowering volatility and degradation risks across the operating range.
