  • HRHC Series integrated refrigeration-and-heating circulator designed for precise temperature control of jacketed reactors; applicable temperature examples: -10°C ~ -80°C to +200°C (options up to −95°C and +350°C).

Design and operation
  • Closed circulation of heat transfer medium with a mechanically connected expansion vessel; expansion vessel temperature kept below 50°C at high operation temperatures.
  • Closed liquid loop prevents moisture ingress at low temperatures and oil mist volatilization at high temperatures, extending fluid life.
  • Same system and heat transfer medium enable continuous control across very wide temperature ranges; cooling capacity examples: 1 kW to 100 kW depending on configuration.

  • Integrated heating-and-cooling container with large heat-exchange area for faster temperature change and reduced heat-transfer oil volume.
  • Compressor refrigeration can engage at elevated setpoints to improve cooling speed and energy efficiency.
