Product overviewThe LFZ-CHS Series gas high-low temperature impact chiller delivers precise, rapid gas ambient temperature control for chips, modules, PCBs and electronic components. It is designed for electrical performance testing, failure analysis and reliability evaluation in R&D and production test environments.
