Product overview
Heating Cooling Thermostatic Bath widely used in petroleum, chemical, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, biological engineering, medicine and health, life science, light industry and food, physical testing and chemical analysis and other research departments and production departments. It provides a liquid environment with controlled cold and heat and a uniform temperature. The compressor can be directly started for refrigeration at high temperatures, and the equipment can be used for direct heating or cooling, or as an auxiliary temperature source for reactors, automatic synthesis instruments, extraction and condensation devices.

Technical features

• Fully enclosed environmental-protection compressor refrigeration system without CFCs; compressor designed to be started at high temperature without damage
• Temperature control: integrated PID automatic temperature control program with high-precision PT100 sensor (AAA); large-screen high-brightness LCD, bilingual display; digital display resolution 0.01°C for accurate and stable control
• Inner circulation: heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to avoid pump self-heating; porous U-shaped reflux circulation design to realize turbulent and highly uniform flow and temperature field in the tank
• Construction: anti-aging electrostatic spray body shell; inner tank and countertop of high-quality S304 brushed stainless steel; rounded R-corner design for operator safety
• Water discharge system for easy liquid change
• Safety protections: power-failure protection, upper/lower limit temperature alarm, low-water-level protection and alarm, temperature runaway protection and alarm, heating device low-water dry-burn and explosion-proof functions, compressor overheat and overcurrent protections

Optional functions

• External PT100 temperature sensor for real-time monitoring and control of external circulation systems
• Built-in 1~30 temperature control program for automatic program temperature control with real-time status display
• RS232 or RS485 communication interface with Modbus RTU protocol for connection to a host computer
• Optional magnetic stirring system integrated in the bath for direct stirring of samples without external stirrers
• Optional cooling coil built into the tank for fast cooling and control of exothermic reactions
• Optional height-adjustable immersion loading platform to adjust immersed sample height
• Optional horizontal shape variation for compact structure, low center of gravity and improved stability
