Short description- -80°C, -100°C, -120°C, -135°C refrigeration options using mixed refrigerant
- Immersion cooling probe coil customizable in size; coil material: stainless steel or PTFE-coated
- Equipped with recognized-brand compressor
- Designed for capture of water-based or organic solvent vapors
- Suitable for Parylene vacuum coating and vacuum trap applications
- Applicable to cooling of high-vacuum system traps and cryogenic baths
OverviewThe UIC-P Series ultralow-temperature immersion cooling probe uses single-stage compression refrigeration with an efficient mixed refrigerant to provide deep cooling performance. The probe connects to the refrigeration unit via a flexible lightweight hose. Typical uses include Parylene vacuum coating, gas condensate trapping, cryogenic liquid baths and integration with cold traps or liquid tanks for ultralow-temperature experiments. The system can achieve temperatures down to approximately -145°C depending on model and configuration. Coil evaporator (cooling probe) dimensions can be customized to meet specific requirements.
Main feature- Lowest achievable temperature down to approx. -145°C (model dependent)
- Compact design for straightforward installation
- Rapid cooling suited to continuous ultralow-temperature operations
- High-rate water vapor capture to reduce oil and gas backflow
- Eliminates need for liquid nitrogen, reducing cost and handling risks
Application range- Replacement for liquid nitrogen in cold traps and helium mass spectrometer leak detection
- Cryogenic baffle for flange-mounted mechanical pumps
- Ultralow-temperature cooling of small-flow gases
- Condensation and trapping of water vapor, oil and gases in confined spaces
- Cold focusing and thermal desorption in gas chromatography
- Parylene vacuum coating processing
- Cooling of high-vacuum system traps
