Product Overview
LFZ-CPC Series water vapor cryogenic pump trap is an ultra-low temperature refrigeration system that condenses and captures volatile and condensable vapors on a cryogenic surface. It is primarily used to capture water vapor inside vacuum chambers to accelerate pump-down and maintain clean vacuum environments.

Working Principle
A cryogenic coil or cold plate is cooled below -100°C inside the vacuum chamber. Volatile molecules condense on the cryogenic surface, rapidly reducing residual gas load and shortening vacuum pumping time to improve process yield and surface quality.

Design & Technology
LFZ-CPC models use single-compressor, mixed refrigerant cascade refrigeration. Design focuses on fast cool-down, low-temperature operation, ease of maintenance and integrated control via PLC and HMI.

Rapid capture of water vapor and other condensable vapors during vacuum processes to improve coating quality and increase production throughput.
