Description
HRHC Series hermetic refrigerating heating circulator chiller-heater is an integrated heating-and-cooling circulating system designed for controlled temperature rise and fall in jacketed reactors and similar process equipment. The unit combines refrigeration and electric heating into one machine to provide precise thermal management across a wide range of industrial applications.

Design and operation
The complete heat-transfer loop operates in a fully closed liquid cycle with a mechanically connected but circulation-independent expansion vessel. The expansion medium temperature remains ≤50°C even during high-temperature operation. The closed circuit prevents water vapor absorption at low temperatures and eliminates oil mist formation at high temperatures, extending the service life of the heat-transfer medium. With appropriate transfer fluid the same equipment can achieve continuous control from -95°C to +350°C. Available cooling capacity range: 1 kW to 100 kW.
