Overview
HRHC Series heating–cooling circulators are integrated high/low temperature units designed for precise temperature control of reactors and laboratory processes. The system uses a closed-loop heat transfer medium with an isolated expansion vessel to prevent vapor absorption and oil degradation, enabling continuous control across model-dependent ranges down to -80°C and up to +200°C.

• Integrated heating and cooling chamber with large exchange area for fast temperature ramp-up and ramp-down.
• Compressor-based refrigeration capable of operating from high setpoints to improve cooling rate and reduce cycle time.
• Closed circulation minimizes oil volatilization and moisture ingress, extending heat transfer fluid life.
• Multiple safety protections: self-diagnosis, freezer overload protection, high-pressure switch, overload relay and high-temperature protection.
• Adaptive PID control that continuously tunes parameters for stable response during processes.
• External and internal PT100 probe correction function.
• Uses CFC/HCFC-free refrigerants (R22 specified in model tables where indicated).
• 304 stainless steel seamless heating circulation piping (3.0 mm) and stainless steel braided hoses for connections.
• Solid-state relays for low noise and long service life; simultaneous display of set and actual temperatures with alarm.
