Overview
A leveling castor with stainless spindle and red polyurethane tread providing mobility, precise leveling and corrosion resistance for hygienic and industrial environments (food processing, pharmaceuticals, packaging, laboratories). The integrated leveling mechanism enables quick, accurate height adjustment to stabilize equipment and reduce vibration.

Design & Materials
Fork and mounting components in stainless steel EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. Wheel centre in polyamide. Tread in red polyurethane (Shore D 48). Bearing options: stainless plain bearing; optional sealed stainless roller bearing or sealed precision stainless ball bearing.

Mounting & Bearing Options

• Fully-threaded spindle mounting A2-70 HSC: thread sizes M16, M20, M24, M30, M36, M42, M48. Length options L = 70, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200, 230, 280, 310 mm. Material: stainless steel EN 1.4301 / AISI 304.
• Spindle with protecting sleeve mounting A2-70 LC-HSC: thread sizes M16–M48. Sleeve lengths = 135, 175, 215, 255, 295 mm. Material: stainless steel EN 1.4301 / AISI 304.
• Stainless-bracket versions: fork bracket made from 3 mm EN 1.4301 / AISI 304 stainless steel plate.

Hygienic features
Spindle thread can be covered by a hygienic sleeve that also functions as a counter nut. Design optimized for easy cleaning and reduced contamination risk; optional hygienic top cover available.
