Overview A1040 MIRA 3D is an ultrasonic tomography system for quantitative quality assessment of concrete structures. It implements three-dimensional FMC/TFM imaging at each instrument position using the A-DPC® sensor technology to deliver high penetration depth and imaging sensitivity. The compact electronic unit integrates 32 Active Dry-Point-Contact transducers with parallel DAQ and wireless connection to a powerful mobile device for on-site processing and visualization.
Key product features - 32 active A-DPC® transducers arranged as a 4×8 matrix; expandable multi-unit aperture for larger coverage
- Integrated pulser-receiver circuits and parallel DAQ electronics for fast multi-channel acquisition
- 3D FMC/TFM imaging in each position enabling detailed volumetric reconstruction
- Enhanced transmission techniques (e.g., boosted burst energy) for extended penetration in concrete
- Lightweight electronic unit designed for manual or automated inspections
Software INTROVIEW® Pro desktop/laptop software is included for remote unit control, 3D visualization and analysis of large datasets. The system supports an open data format to enable custom offline and online developments and integration into existing inspection workflows.
