Description
Overview
Automatic turntable stretch wrapper with cutting and clamp system. Designed to automate pallet wrapping and reduce manual interventions. The machine detects pallet height for an optimized wrapping cycle. At the end of the cycle an operator is not required to cut the film or remove the pallet. The control panel permits adjustment of wrap mode, turntable speed, carriage speed and film tension. Select-stretch offers selectable pre-stretch levels of 250% or 300%. Turntable speed is adjustable up to 12 RPM and the machine can handle 20–30 loads per hour.
Applications
Suitable for container transport of bulk goods and packaging of pallet loads. Widely used in glass, hardware, electronic appliances, paper, ceramics, chemical, food and beverage, building materials and other industrial sectors. Improves logistics efficiency, reduces transit damage, provides dust and moisture protection and lowers packaging costs.
