Description

Introduction
The HONPINE EPG-ST Series electric parallel grippers are designed as a cost-effective replacement for conventional pneumatic grippers in pick-and-place and material-handling applications. With integrated motor, driver and controller they allow direct replacement of pneumatic grippers of the same size without modifying existing production lines. Compared with pneumatic solutions the EPG-ST Series reduces compressed-air consumption, simplifies installation and operation, and provides improved control and reliability. The series is proven in 3C electronics assembly, new-energy battery handling and life-science laboratories.

Key features
  • Direct replacement for pneumatic grippers — Industry-standard mounting dimensions and pneumatic-interface compatibility enable replacement without mechanical modification to reduce upgrade cost and downtime.
  • Two models for common applications — EPG-ST04-10 and EPG-ST12-50 cover lightweight electronic components to heavier workpieces.
  • Simple manual adjustment — no programming required — Manual adjustment knob allows quick gripping-force setting to minimize commissioning time.
  • Real-time gripping-status feedback — Integrated I/O signals provide real-time monitoring of gripping status for improved process reliability and traceability.
  • Integrated drive & control — Motor, driver and controller integrated to simplify wiring and operation.
