The powerful temperature control unit CLASSIC Oil TT-407 Z 8 kW from the robust and time-tested CLASSIC product line is designed for operation with oil and impresses with its user-friendliness and reliability.

• Self-optimizing temperature controller with temperature display in 1/10°C steps
• Display in °C or °F as well as l/min or gal/min

Construction method

• High-temperature pump with mechanical seal
• Hot oil circuit with by-pass ensuring internal oil circulation when valves are closed
• With two cooling circuits:
  Circuit 1: +80°C to +240°C
  Circuit 2: -20°C to +80°C
• Scale-free heat exchanger
• No oil cracking thanks to special heater construction
• All parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel or bronze
• Device on castors

• Standard controller MP-888: Digital temperature controller for precise regulation, displays current and target temperature, monitors tempering medium circulation, triggers alarm in case of flow rate drop, can be operated in °F or °C, features analogue interfaces 0-5 V, 0-10 V, and 4-20 mA as standard.
• Digital interface controller MP-988: Designed for RS-485, RS-232, Current Loop 20 mA, CAN-bus, Profibus, and Profinet interfaces, freely accessible without additional card inserts, includes temperature differential display and over 30 integrated machine protocols.
